49 Days was inspired by a fantastic Reddit GetDisciplined post by user ‘Bombjoke’. The principle is as such: creating and instilling new habits in your life. But doing it in a way which is easy to track and viscerally satisfying to mark personal progress with. The main page, once completed, will generate a nice chart for you to print off onto A4 and hang around your desk at home, or in a convenient place. Do whatever action needs to be done each day to further your habit, and then cross the corresponding day off with a pen or pencil. Super simple!
